1. I have the right to reject any commission. Whether I simply can’t do it or don’t feel comfortable doing it, please respect my boundaries.
2. Payment shall be sent upon sketch approval. If the commission is more than $100 USD, a 20% non-refundable down payment will be required.
3. I will start on the final piece after the payment is sent; no refunds.

-My timezone is EST and will usually respond from 12pm-4am any day of the week.
-Payment only in USD via PayPal or Ko-Fi.
-I try to update regularly, about 3-5 days.
-Estimated time is about 2-3 weeks, but that can change with complexity/personal issues. I will notify you if the comm will take longer than the ETA.
